My mission is to explore the real, human challenges that learning leaders face when adapting to change. I seek to understand how moments of diruption shape us, unsettle us, and ultimately invite us to grow.

A key interest has been discovering ways to widen participation. I began questioning how we balance life and work during my PhD studies and have continued to explore how professional roles enable people to be effectives but also how work cultures create pathways for people to advocate for themselves to meet work life challenges.
I started my PhD studies questioning how we bring our authentic selves to work and explored the lived experience of women in leadership roles to gain more insight into strategies to navigate work cultures that require capacity for adaptability in order to be effective.
More than anything, lived experience research has helped me to understand the way stories reflect opportunities for professional and personal growth. I have found that by providing opportunities to listen to , some challenging stories in a curious way we can build confidence and resilience.
This sharing of lived experience continues to matter to me and I now seek to further refine my work in designing learning that enables people to re-build confidence and resilience and balance through co design practices.

Throughout my life and career I have always believed in the power of education and curiosity to design a strategies to create change.
I have had the privilege of working in Australia, Vietnam and Singapore and with several tertiary institutions over the past 15 years. I have also worked with a range of learning systems designed to support students in their studies. These experiences have helped me to support others to thrive in transitions from study to work.
As an experienced educator and facilitator of learning, I coach individuals and groups to integrate personal and professional experiences into tangible pathways for growth that reflect aspirations.

I design spaces where it is possible to become clearer about: What it means to be ready to embrace the next level of life and career learning, and how might you recognise the opportunities that invite you to grow? I share these learnings currently through small group workshops.
As a professional learning educator, lived experience researcher and coach I support a people to develop their authenticity and create autonomy in learning. I am particularly interested in re-frame narratives associated with work and adapting to new cultures to develop resilience and capacity for adaptability.
